Fair Use Policy
As a small business, we have policies and practices to keep things fair for the hard work and talent of our designers and creators.
If you're a site subscriber who has access to our free downloads, our fair use policy requires that you only download items when you have the intention to use them.
To that end, we ask those with download access to our collection to follow these guidelines:
- Mass downloading: Background images should not be downloaded in bulk, but should be downloaded as you intend to use them.

Sharing or redistribution: Background images may not be shared, sold, or distributed—whether as-is or in modified forms.
- Account sharing: Your access login is for individual use and should not be shared with others.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Zoom Background Hub for any user whose download behavior suggests inappropriate use.
You may have a legitimate need to download a high volume of items quickly. If that's the case, reach out to us to let us know, and we'll make sure not to restrict any access after determining you're not engaging in inappropriate download behavior.
All background image sales and full collection access sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds.
