When you've purchased unlimited access, you'll see a 'Download' button on every background in the store (instead of a 'Buy' button). Here's how to use it:

1. Browse any collection and find a background you love
2. Click the Download button – it appears where the Buy button normally shows
3. Save the file and upload it to Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams

That's it. Come back anytime! Your access never expires.

How do I upload my new Zoom Background images for use?

It's easy!

Simply open the Zoom app, go to Settings, select Background & Effects, and click the + icon to upload an image from your computer.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we don't accept return or refunds. Since the images are digital products, and you will have already received them, they cannot be refunded. Purchases are final.
